We stayed a Friday through Monday in a Stay And Play with our sons soccer team for a Tournament. We were pleasantly surprised as the hotel was very clean. We took notice the Housekeeping staff took their time in each room. We noticed mattresses lifted off their bases as to clean under and around them. Something I know is not done everywhere. We checked into a Embassy Suites nearby for our last 2 days and it still had the precious renters sunglasses and key cards in the room. So, finding this hotel this clean was wonderful. I didn't like not having coffee machines in our room. Taking a slow elevator down to the lobby in our pajamas isn't convenient. But, I will take clean over that anyday.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The Location is great if you're flying out of Mesa, and they have a shuttle if you need it. I will stay here again and highly recommend it.
Excellent location near the airport, Starbucks, restaurants, and retail. Newer build and the rooms, bed, pillows were all great. The only issue was the showerhead not functioning well (room 102 for management).
You have restored our faith in Marriott. We stayed at two other Marriott hotels prior to this stay and were pretty disappointed. However, this Marriott was friendly, clean, updated, and comfortable. We also ordered an evening snack while relaxing after a long day out with our grandkids. The hummus and veggies were delicious. Thank you for a great end to our vacation. We will definitely be returning customers.
Rooms are clean, internet works fine. Showers with glass doors are nicer than the room I had on the 3rd floor. Curtains are just so outdated but overall good room. Beds are a bit on the stiffer/cheap side but sleep wasn't lost.
The staff from the front desk to the shuttle driver are happy people that make this an exceptional place. Received a wake up call when we were three minutes late for the airport shuttle. Front desk went as far to let us know our gate based off our home address.
Had a wonderful, albeit short, stay here after flying into Mesa Gateway. Not only is the staff super friendly, the shuttle service made everything so convenient. Want to especially give a shout out to Randy for picking us up super late Friday night, and taking us back Sunday morning so we could get our rental car to continue our trip up north! The overnight front desk staff was so friendly and helpful through our stay. There are also a ton of businesses within walking distance. Cannot wait to come back!
A solid hotel overall with a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The room had the standard Courtyard layout, but the addition of a loveseat made it feel a bit more inviting and relaxing. The large lobby features cozy sectionals and a big screen that’s perfect for watching sports with friends. Starbucks coffee is served on site, the breakfast sandwich was surprisingly good, and the gym is decent for a quick workout.
